No smoking, diet and nutrition have been shown to increase a couple’s chances of conception.  For example, foods containing zinc (oysters), Vitamin E (eggs), Vitamin C (Oranges, strawberries, grapefruits, cherries),  Folic Acid (spinach and dark leafy green vegetables), Brazil nuts, Wholegrain (bread, cereals & crackers), Decaffeinated beverages and water have all been shown to increase sperm count and motility.
